Our company's quality control system had transmitted smoothly from ISO9002: 1994 to ISO9001: 2000 in Nov., 2003.It has effected nearly three years since the appraisal of the third party. The transition indicates that our company’s B version of the quality booklet, the procedure document and the third level document conform to ISO9001:2000 and manifested the good operability of the power tools field. The quality control system is actualized and improves the effectivity in practice. PDCA is adopted as the process measure all through. It manifests the focus on clients-regard and the spirit that all staff take participate into improving the process performance continuously. It makes most of the process quality control system and the quality of the products under control very well, as to ensure the continuous supply of clients’ anticipant products and service.

Production management is in good order, system effecting process and products forming process are under control well and the products quality and service quality improves after the ISO9001: 2000 put in practice.The statistical data in 2005 indicates that the productivity has been enhanced generally through 2 years’ technology transformations and conformity, resource planning and the elimination of bottleneck restriction. The output of power tools in 2005 is 3,150,000pcs.

Every production procedure have enhanced stably, the rate of the qualified assembling products is 90.79%,which is raises 1.2% comparing to 89.5% at the same time last year.

The passed rate of the third parties’ inspect is 84.46%,which raises 2.3% comparing to that at the same time last year.

The passed rate of commodity inspection is 100%，The main clients are more satisfied with the products ,appearance quality, service quality and settlement of the complaint than previous. According to the information from Trade department and the product structure and actuality, we has worked out ZIJ-GW5-13 impact drilling and MIQ-GW-65 jig saw，as well as 710W impact drilling，all of them have gotten GS certificate.
